Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the overall integrated marketing and communications strategy for assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand goals.
  2. Provide strategic and actionable insights to guide campaign, content, or product ideation, design, and implementation.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 members, supporting their development through guidance, feedback, and hands-on learning.
  4. Conduct research on current and emerging market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts to anticipate opportunities and challenges for client brands.
  5. Analyze market data, consumer feedback, and survey results to develop comprehensive marketing and communication plans.
  6. Lead and manage rebranding initiatives for existing products or services when necessary.
  7. Perform target audience research to define key segments and develop precise brand messaging.
  8. Develop brand positioning strategies, clearly articulating the emotional and functional benefits associated with the brand.
  9. Build detailed buyer personas that capture customer demographics, psychographics, goals, pain points, and motivations.
  10. Conduct regular brand audits (annually or biannually) to evaluate brand performance and identify areas for optimization.

Brand & Content Development

  1. Create and maintain a clear brand architecture, encompassing logo, messaging framework, visual identity, and campaign guidelines.
  2. Craft compelling brand stories that foster emotional connections between consumers and the brand.
  3. Oversee the production of all brand communications materials (advertisements, presentations, sales tools, social media assets, blogs, testimonials, etc.) to ensure consistency in tone, message, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  4. Lead the social media strategy and content direction, ensuring brand presence is relevant, engaging, and integrated with broader marketing efforts.

Collaboration & Leadership

  1. Apply analytical rigor and data-backed reasoning to all strategic proposals and campaign evaluations.
  2. Foster strong collaborative relationships across internal teams and with external partners (clients, agencies, media, influencers) to elevate the strategic and creative output.
  3. Support the growth and development of junior team members through structured training, mentorship, and project-based coaching.
  4. Cultivate a positive team culture focused on learning, open communication, creativity, and professional growth.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, market research, or advertising.
  3. Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  5. Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly and persuasively to both clients and internal teams.
  6. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
