1. Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Supervisor to lead language development and creative quality control within the Influencer Marketing stream for Samsung.
This role goes beyond content writing. You will act as the Creative QC Hub, ensuring all influencer-led content (KOL, Creator, UGC, Social Assets) aligns with brand guidelines, campaign strategy, and performance objectives.
Candidates with a strong understanding of account management or client servicing are highly preferred, as this role requires structured thinking, stakeholder alignment, and high-level quality assurance.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Influencer Creative Development
- Develop key messaging frameworks and content directions for influencer campaigns
- Write and refine scripts, captions, hooks, talking points, and campaign copy
- Adapt brand language across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Provide creative guidance to influencers while preserving authenticity
B. Creative Quality Control (QC Hub Function)
- Review and approve all influencer content before client submission
- Ensure alignment with Samsung brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance requirements
- Detect inconsistencies, messaging risks, and brand deviations
- Refine and elevate creative output to meet premium brand standards
C. Strategy & Performance Alignment
- Translate campaign objectives into clear creative direction
- Ensure influencer content supports KPIs (engagement, watch time, conversion, brand lift)
- Optimize content direction based on performance data and real-time feedback
D. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Account, Influencer, Social, Performance, and Design teams
- Support Account team in client-facing materials related to content and messaging
- Join brainstorming sessions and provide structured creative feedback
- Help align stakeholders on creative expectations and execution standards
E. Operational Excellence
- Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
- Work within tight deadlines and high-output environments
- Maintain documentation for messaging frameworks and brand language systems
3. Requirements
Experience
- 3–5+ years in Copywriting, Content Strategy, or Influencer Marketing
- Experience working with large brands or global clients preferred
- Background in account management or client servicing is a strong plus
- Proven experience in influencer-driven campaigns
Core Competencies
- Excellent Vietnamese writing skills with strong creative control
- Ability to write across formats: scripts, captions, campaign concepts, briefing documents
- Strong understanding of influencer dynamics and platform behavior
- Ability to balance brand control with creator authenticity
- Strategic thinking combined with execution agility
- High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset

5. Nature of the Role
This is not a pure writing role.
You will function as:
- The creative gatekeeper for influencer content
- A bridge between strategy, account, and execution
- A high-standard quality controller in a fast-moving environment
