About the role

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and resourceful Project Coordinator with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interest in the music & entertainment industry. In this role, you will support Project Leads in managing and executing initiatives across fan engagement, music business, and artist-related projects. You will work closely with talents, production, marketing, commercial, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Confidentiality and professionalism are critical to success in this position.



Responsibilities

Project Management Support

  1. Assist Project Leads in managing day-to-day project tasks and workflows.
  2. Participate in client meetings, take briefs, conduct research, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to develop & manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Business & Operations

  1. Coordinate cross-functional activities across marketing, talent management, and commercial teams.
  2. Monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
  3. Support in managing fan-business initiatives (fan engagement activities, merchandise, memberships, digital campaigns).

Communication & Coordination

  1. Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, artists, and external stakeholders.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation (meeting minutes, reports, proposals).
  3. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key milestones.

Quality & Risk Management

  1. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  2. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  3. Assist in resolving project-related issues in collaboration with Project Leads and team members.



Requirements

  1. BA degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in advertising, communications, or entertainment companies; or at least 2 years as a Senior Account Executive in music/entertainment business.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with artists, internal teams, and external partners.
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work under high pressure and fast-paced environments.
  6. Passion for music, entertainment, and fan culture.
  7. Proficiency in Vietnamese (grammar, stylistics, creative language use).
  8. Strong interest in digital marketing, fan engagement, and music business trends.
